Return Eligibility -* 30-day window:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking).
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and documents.
How to Return

2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item is received damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and include photos.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Full refund or immediate replacement is offered.
3. Other Returns (Change of Mind): For non-damaged items, return shipping to our facility in Brazil is the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend a tracked and insured service.
- Return address will be provided after authorization.
