Refunds

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
- You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.

Lost Packages

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We’ll arrange a replacement order at no extra cost and send a complimentary gift card for your inconvenience.

- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
- Shipping costs for change of mind returns are not refundable.
- All returns require proof of purchase.
